I have that issue too x.x I think if its part of a playlist the URL changes and you can't put it in. And if you go to the share thing and try to get the URL there, its shortened and that doesn't work either.

I get that problem too but I do this:
and put that URL you copy into the browser and it converts it to the longer version. Sometimes the links also have an ampersand at the end of it and removing it lets you embed...

So you have to remove all the junk after the letter/number combination behind ?v=
