We meet in Roumen. And it does not matter your level. You are all supposed to work together as a team to help the newbies survive. You want as many people to succeed as possible. So, even the low levels can join in. Just make sure to only attack a mob if a higher level has already engaged it, so that you do not pull agro.

1. I would die in the majority of those maps(Don't really care about this xD)

So generally... event 1 are for the americans and event 2 are for the aussies?

Well, if you can make the other timezone, then you are welcome to join. We are just trying to make it so that there is a time that everyone will be able to make.
