So, basically, if you set up a shop to vend for you and you do not sit and stare at that shop you are technically violating the TOS.

My computer is technically attended. (they didnt say that it has to be attended by a human....!)

Nope - you have to be able to respond to an Outspark representative.

Also, in reply to people going to the toilet the easy way not to break that rule is to log off for a minute or two.
