Hi Fiesta Fans,

Here is the link for those of you who are having difficulty updating your Fiesta Game Client to the newest version.

Keep in mind that the patch may take as long as 5 minutes to initialize when the launcher status says "Checking for Updates..." If you close the launcher, or interrupt this process, it will not be able to finish and give you an error. Before you send in a support ticket, a PM, or post on these forums, please wait at least a full 5 minutes to allow the process to complete. Thank you for your patience in the matter.

If you continue to have problems with our patch server, you can send us an email at support@outspark.com and we can then assist you further. When you send the email, could you please include the following details:

1) Your complete computer specifications including your Operating System, Video Card, RAM, and CPU
-You can find this information by going to START, RUN, typing in 'dxdiag' without the quotes, and pressing enter.
2) Your Internet Connection speed

3) A screenshot if possible of the error message

4) Your Outspark.exe log file attached to the email
-By default, this file is located at C:Program FilesOutsparkLauncheroutspark.exe
