It is x-trap! Lol. As soon as x-trap pops up it doesn't work.

You would get a message from Xtrap if it were, but if it's the ?! error, it's graphic related.

It's no secret that X-Crap has horrible compatibility issues.

This is the same computer we played on before...it can't be a graphics issue.

Edit: They haven't changed the reqs.

I've gotten that error before, I went away after I just tried logging in again though... So I can't help you. o-o
