It's a quest, so it probably won't be very high on Outspark's priority list.

You never know, I might be wrong a third time...and it might be high on their list. But I doubt I can be wrong again.

Are we specifically talking about L50 quests? Coz the herb quest from Healer Avon was a L28 quest that stayed till about L38 - I know for certain because I gathered many many herbs for the Elderine scroll reward.

And that may be tri for Tri.

You will not be able to start that repeatable quest once you're Lv 28.
