I suggest the option of having no rep. As a profile option...!

Isnt it impossible to -rep someone without a comment? (tried on someone who wanted the most red bars) but i got a gray rep box with no comment in the flyff thread...

For -rep you need to leave a comment/reason for it. It may not show up to those who don't have any repping power @_@ I dunno though. But it doesn't matter either, lol. Grey is nothing ;o

He might have +repped instead...
