In middle school, our hallpasses were a chart in the back of the book. We'd write down our name, where we were going, what time and then we'd get our teachers signature, then we'd have to get a signature from a teacher at our location.

We have passes in there, like at the bottom of the page. Two passes a day{course people use more lol} && a lot of teachers will let you go if its an emergency and you don't have your planner. I know my seminar/science teacher will, I mean she already lets you walk out into the hall and get a drink without using a pass.

We don't call it toilet in America. We call it restroom or bathroom. Or "ladies room" , "mens room", or powder room.

i hvnt heard ppl say Loo for a while... that slang seems to hv died down with the ppl i meet nowadays (maybe schools still use it... but not in the corporate world)

we also call it the bathroom, and ladies/mens... i think those two are our common terms...
