Well, whether you pay for items or not... you shouldn't have to expect less just because it's a 'free' game. They are providing a service and when your customers question things you don't just ignore them regardless of whether they are mature or not.

I think it is more of a "you get what you pay for" aspect.
However, the ones of us that do use cash shop, use it knowing that we dont have to use it in order to play the game. We do it because we want to. Therefore, the game is still Free. |
That update that Spirit posted on the 1st page has nothing to do with all the cash shop stuff we expected from SKiNG's development post... the server when down briefly for us last nite (6.59pm GMT+11, which is 11.59pm PST), wich was also last nite for u guys and all i can see is they took out the Skill Restat Cash Shop Item...
they usually take more than just 10 mins to do a nice big patch anyway keke As for hiring more ppl.... I dont think hiring more GM is gonna help.. they need ppl that can fix patch/glitch/bug (a technician?) on their side, to help improve and speed up the maintenance of the game... getting more GM is just gonna give us a slightly quicker "we're working on it" reply.... |
Sure, we don't have to use the cash items... neither do people have to go off to watch movies or out for dinner. But you still expect something when you do.
If you've got the Cash Shop out and you know people are using it then it doesn't matter if the base gameplay is free or not. You have to look at it as a whole and as it is there are people paying real money for the game. You should give em the best service possible. At least that's what I believe in. |
And they probably are giving us the best service available that they can. It just might not be what we want or think we deserve. They may just be limited on resources and other stuff, and they are doing the best that they can with what they have to work with.

Also i think they've improved heaps by telling us the list of stuff they're looking into improving and things... and they did say that maintenance post is subject to change without notice... |
I'm probably expecting too much from them. :/ Like a lot of people say it's hard to adjust when you go to Japan and receive their level of service then come back to North America (in particular Richmond, BC). Same thing when you play Bright Kingdom and see the level of service they provide; they're on top of bugs with in a day of it happening. Then have a maintenance to fix within a week.

yeah.. u might be happier if u expect less from outspark XD
and yeah.. since Outspark is replying on Korea to send the patch (according to an earlier post), they cant fix bugs straight away even if they want to... which is a bugger... i guess that's wat we get for choosing to play a game hosted by this company that didnt develop the game... |
Or maybe they should hire developers and make it their own game... then gain don't know how good that'll be. o__o

yeah i think they'll need to do that to improve the game play experience....
btw.. has anyone tested if they fixed the battlefield bug/glitch thing yet?? or u still cant pvp? |
