i use 3 bars

the first 2 are just 6 slots.

there i put 12 different time critical skills/items. In the first bar primary thinks
like pods, attack, pick up. In the 2nd bar think that are related to stuff on the first bar at the same position. Exp.: Heal is 1st Bar 2nd pos and regeneration is 2nd Bar 2nd pos.

The 3th bar is for stuff i dot have to use time critical like scrolls, mount, etc

I have one bar to the bottom with all my skills and one to the side for the scrolls and different weapons. :3
I can't stand having more then two on my screen at one time.

Btw i found a new way to arrange my hotkeys for cleric... for party or self buffs, i assign to bar 3, which i do not display. so once an hour i hold ctrl and press 1, 2, 3, and so on if theres more... there isnt really a need to check the cooling time of these skills since u only use them once an hour. and for shift i use those skills that are infrequently used but which i still need to check the cooldown for, such as buffs that target only one person. maybe when the time comes i will extend my bar just because i like to see my new skills on the shortcut keys.. and while i dont really lack space right now im trying to get used to it in case someday i run out of space.
