*probably* yes, higher level of ice missle has higher slowdown effect.
however, it is necessary to wait even for CB2 to check it.

I'm currently playing Korean Fiesta Online and trying to see if a higher level slows them down more.. =\

Missle[01] combo is probably for bosses. Another combo that I use it using Firebolt[01] with 3 skill empowerment in decrease cool down time.

Firebolt[01]->M Missle[01]->Lightning->Missle->Fire->Ice->Missle->Fire->Missle->run around till Missle appears->Fire->Repeat with other bolts

This helps a lot in Boss battles since it's almost an unlimited combo of magic

I don't think combos are very usefull... Sure, these may be for bosses, but most bosses die in 4 hits with my Mage.. And for regular training these wouldn't work at all seeing as I can 2hko the monsters I train on.
