Oh, I got apprentice enhancer when I first created my archer, when I was just talking to the elemental instructor and the side says "Acquired Title "Apprentice Enhancer"" but that's the only glitch I ever got, i think

NEW!!
Go to an empty spot in the city and turn all filter off(or use turn off all players around you.) And finally, use Dance 3, and just leave your character there, and boom, you are active, I didn't get kicked off overnight this way.
