My 7x tankers build seems to work great for me. Im 10 spr/rest end with High END items. The spr gave me a little bonus to my crit and just enough magic def to not get 1 hit k0ed in MD by his AOE. It is mostly all up to what you feel is working.

The perfect tanker is full end one's with +9 stuff but you can't damage like full str one's but for the cristal castle it's perferct when you are 61-69 you can do it in a week if you are a full end tank but you also need sets and end stuff if you allow me i will put screen on my 75 fighter and his stuff

Well, let's say you are full end but dont reaaally have nice gears, you wouldn't really be good. So if your pure end you need the coresponding gear that goes with your build. in that case you would need high end/dex/str.

rings with good end and +9 gears with those stats would be awsome too

I think the most awesome tank should actually be a 25spr, 50 dex rest str.

Why? NO END wtf? Yes. You can get a lot of END from gear, and I really think the aggro effect from the extra damage outweighs the 5% block you get for spending 50 stat points. Besides fighters have enough base END anyway. Really END builds are for AOE parties only.
Of course scrolls and +9 is necessary, but if you are willing to spend golds, DD fighter ftw.

Yeah. I've gotta agree, +9 are obviously necessary. If you keep looking you would find gears with really high end. If you want to make a good fighter you've definitely have to spend LOTS of money:zomg:

i think the best build a perfect tanker would be
25spr
50dex
50end

where u can make use of eva and block rate to the max.rather then relying on 1 def style.

I've had tremendous success with 50 END, 25 SPR, then some DEX. I don't even need a cleric most of the time. STR is ok but you need to be able to hit wht you're fighting. i usually fight mobs 10+ levels higher than me.
