As for fried chicken, it depends on what kind it is: - for whole pieces of chicken (such as chicken breast) chicken fried chicken at a restaurant is good with gravy over it, but home fried chicken we generally use any sauce or gravy - chicken strips we generally put hot sauce on, like a buffalo wing type hot sauce or a nice rich thick hot sauce (my current favorite is this - except my 4 year old granddaughter who hasn't developed her taste for hot & spicy yet and she prefers both ketchup & mustard on her plate and will usually alternate between the two unless she has honey mustard and then she just prefers the honey mustard. |
gah, i don't like using host sauce, unless its the asian kind.
like this http://culturewizard.rw-3llc.com/wp-...2/sriracha.jpg i think my dad permanently killed most of his taste buds, whenever he eats anything, he puts like loads of it in, like, a lot a lot. Also, fish sauce > soy sauce |
LOL did you notice that on the same both, some chinese goes from right to left, and some goes from left to right...

it was huge, so i got a smaller size image and i didn't know that, i can't read chinese because i'm viet. Well, i can't read or speak viet either LOL xD yes i know, such a disgrace |
If we get fried chicken (strips) at Wal-Mart or something to take it home to eat, then I'll put ketchup on it. But that's because we don't really have any other type of sauce at home that would go with it.
But if I'm eating at a place like Chick-Fil-A or McDonalds, I'll get Honey Mustard or Sweet and Sour sauce or Ranch. Also, dumplings are good with black vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. x) |
