I was wondering the same.
Helgas were already overpowered. They nerfed them to (still something incredibly stupid, i think) and now raised them again?.

Is it fair?

The Helgaits with stats probably didn't need a damage boost or "rollback" after the nerf...

But then the helga's wep...Will be Undefeatable for fighters? Dx
