Depends on what type4 of cleric you are lol, support clerics (full END) will rule in wars next to mages. XD

Too bad we don't know if/what skills will be tweaked/removed. Likely that Mage's Lightning AoE stun-effect will be removed.


And Clerics are supposed to be supportive, more so than any of the other classes ._.

Ah well at first they said Jan, then May, then March, then April 1st. I heard a GM said in Eld (in Apo at least, answering player questions) that the cap raise to 1-5 is now set to happen Late July / Early August.

Keep in mind the last cap raise. When I joined in Feb 08, I heard ppl talking about a cap raise. They kept bumping it and bumping it farther and farther, til we got it in what, Nov? Dec?

Personally, I dont think Outspark knows when cap rise is. All they do is give us a date and when that date comes, they give another. After all, Outspark cant control the updates OnsOn sends them, they can only say "Please make a cap raise update?" and OnsOn sends whatever update they want.

I do not think that Outspark is waiting for OnSon approval or updates..They have their own right to develop it by themselfs.

Outspark are distributors as such for the greater American continent, as distributors, they do not develop anything ''per se'' themselves but ask for stuff from Korea. The only domain that they have full-control over is the Cash-Shop.

I wasnt aware about how this really works but,im not seeing the point in be only able to manage the Cash-Shop thing..They should be able to do something more or at least that what im hoping..

but they arent, besides same story in EU version, said raise would come halfway/end march and now we are actually waiting for a certain date, they did say they were testing the raise already though ^^

Outspark is a company that holds the American (north/south) license to operate OnSon (Korea) games. Thats why a while back thy had to cut off Europe, another company holds those rights.

Outspark makes their money from the cashshop and pays fees and commissions to OnSon.

OnSon controls game content. Outspark can make requests and suggestions. I think that OS may do some development which could
explain some of the bugs that always seem to make there way in. If OS and OnSon do not fully understand the code changes the other is making error can creep in and be difficult to locate.
