I don't know a lot about Bijou, but yeah, Teva is overpowered here, because most of us (not me though) came from CB.

It's nice to see that there's plenty of Bijou-ian's here, I'm starting recruitment on my server, makes sense Teva is dominate here, but I played on Teva in closed beta and never heard about this place til recently.
