No, highest lvl in academy is 38. If someone gets to 40, they're pretty active and want to join the guild.

Mainly, we get people who join and then become inactive after a little while. Which is why we need to prune the list.

We offer much more than just rewards (as a matter of fact our rewards kinda suck, lmao). :E

Boot everyone from the academy, because they keep joining because they see that we have 49 members and think they're cool.

Those who join, like ocean.
Those who don't, eh.

That's just my opinion.
Leave a message in the academy board saying that everyone will be booting on x day, and then tell them to rejoin if they really want to.
