Apparently, I'm using low tier runes.

I should be hitting 20 by the weekend, so the whole rune discussion thing comes at a great time. Of course, I generally play the one character, so the multi-purpose nature of the Tiers might be lost on me. I think I'm going to stack MagicPen, though. Make my attacks hit like a brick.
