actuall i stopped to think about it. just because ralath wasn't doing anything doesn't me he doesn't have a role. he could be the bomb or grand master sean (doesn't do anything until he dies). so hess could still be lieing. guess we need to wait til ralath gets on. is there any way we coudl request an extension on a day. oh maybe that could be a new role. lets you extend a day by half a day or something like that

though actually the more i think about it the more things point to kayla over hess.

hess said she had a role as her defense to not get killed. if she was phino she'd have no reason to stop us from voting for her.

claiming to have a role when you don't is also a really bad idea for a legal in this situation. the person that actually has the role has no reason to not come forward and say it thus making her look more guilty.

so yea, i think ralath voted for hess. i've changed my vote to kayla. so then i think i'm sticking with the tie plan.

I may as well tell you.. that I'm Sean.. which I had forgotten that I'm one for most of the game.. coz the death wish wasn't meant to be played like this.. but that's beyond this round..

also, there's the fact that kayla keeps trying to point to me just because i'm talking a lot and totally ignoring my actions. personally if i was a legal in kayla's shoes i'd try to turn it from a tie vote by pointing out the hessah could be lieing about there not being a robo.

i just went through the thread and was hitting the quote+ button a lot to make a point but at the end i realized i don't need ot do that. after reading through i see why i would be the best target for kayla right now but really looking at it i still dont' seem to be that great of a target.

what it comes down to right now is if kayla somehow turns out to not be the legal and she votes for me then we lose. the only way to make sure this is a win (as long as phino isn't in the game) is if the vote ties on hess and kayla.
