i don't mind the emote spam but the number of trolls and asshats is much higher than i get in mmos (not including forums).

It's a free game, be glad Riot isn't charging for powerups or something. It's only rune pages. I only use one anyways xD. As long as it doesn't give player an advantage in game, i'm okay with it.

They can technically give an advantage in games. Instead of having rune-pages for only two types of character, you can have tailored pages for more.

Which really only affects the high-end players, probably the ones that are willing to shell out for them. Now, if they charged to use Runes at ALL, that would be something different.

I do have the impression that the ones who are really miffed are the more serious ranked players. They like to bring up that Riot said that they don't ''sell power'' or something.


Eh, I'm not bothered personally, though I would appreciate a free page. 6300 Ip is too steep.
