yes, it gives people time to catch up, but its still fail that people have to wait so long given it was announced along time ago for an earlier date and by his post, it could be even longer.

althought i was waiting for cap up, i was largely waiting for other new content that was possibly going to come out along with it, so its fail to have to wait even longer since the game does lack in content

on side note, there are many 79s..or at least in bijou..just looking at the guild im in has at least 13 and a few close to hitting 79 soon as well..not to mention the many others in other guilds

Perhaps if the cap was raised by next week like they initally said, the people quitting might have been tempted to stay. As it is, it seems they will be well into their Rohan characters before the cap lifts.

All of a sudden, it's a lot more tempting to join them, despite saying I wouldn't leave Fiesta... *sigh*

Yeah last cap raise tons of people were 59... this has relatively few 79's because of the amount you have to grind to hit 79.

u get the shield from tr or battle grounds and spider stop dropping blues I heard...Also here's a hint I let u borrow a hammer once =.=' (+9 too)

Fiesta is a thorough grindfest, dunno why people play it with dedication. There are players, for instance, who attain level 70 from 60 within a week, staying up all night and grinding nonstop. One month after the cap was raised in December...people capped again.

it's easier to lvl, you can afford to slow down a bit .__o

but of course, people will fall over themselves to cap, because they want to be the elite

I don't get how it's uber easy for some of em... Oh well guess they just get good parties everyday. And have a bit of good luck with them~

We have horror stories from the first raise, even with hacking, it took constant extenders and playing 15 hours / day. Wowza.

I sincerely hope there won't be another competition like last time, especially not like the 'Legends' race.
