How does this work ? I still havnt reached my 2nd bar, how would 1 +rep make that much of a differance ?

No it doesnt make any difference i got 4 +reps and still havent gone up another bar.

Mm yeah. I tested this with lil last night and I have a rep power of 13. Still, I think its pretty unfair to people who actually take rep as serious business when people who got their rep through abuse of the system get to keep it =p

I wonder why its 13 and not 10 or something o.O
