it opens the day after my mom's birthday. CB1 opened right before my last regent exam(thurs), sleep over(thurs-fri), my graduation(sat), my graduation party(sun), and my appointments(mon).

I don't think people will be able to actually use cash during CB2 because it's in a testing process.
