Yeah I got it wrong.

You don't have to lose exp (but I think you have to get to the level where you start losing exp.. like, it won't work if you're level 6 where you don't lose exp automatically. I tried that and it didn't work).

You need to stay in the same map.

I heard that you need to be killed by the same monster - but I'm not sure about that. Doesn't sound likely.. maybe just staying in the same map is enough.

i did it in graveyard get killed by spiders on the right 70 times..

even if i was killed by the mage book some of the time... i still didnt get the title....

Hmmm.. maybe you need to get revived?

Did you get revived during the Elderine event? Or you just clicked ok and spawned?

Hm, still, it would be weird to buy a title like World DJ when you haven't done what you're supposed to obtain the title. To me, the point of having a title shows that you can say "been there, done that" type of thing, not "been there, bought it" (even if whatever the person did could have been annoying, e.g. spamming).

Making your own title with in game money is good though.

Anything is possible... IF you can concinvce the GMs it's worth it... The coding itself isn't that hard. :\

I actually saw someone get world DJ title at roumen. But it didn't count cause she was saying, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ....., 4999, 5000!

found out the trick of merchant titles =)
just got to sell the items 1by1 (ye, lotsa clicking)
when i tried the first few times i used CTRL+click to sell the items and havent got the titles even after selling a way more then needed.

I got my merchant titles with...well the trick was going to get out any way..Float Stones! Sold 1 by 1 by 1 to the npc till I sold well err...alot! It cost me a bit too. :o

so it is selling to npc or opening a shop to sell to player?

You got to sell them to the npc 1 by 1. No Stacks just clicking. :D

ya, while we were trying to make this out on our own, the Wiki got the right info already :)
what matters is not the 'worth' of the items, but the plain number.
500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 items for the four merchant titles.
got to sell them to an npc one by one without logging off.

i'm just using the price as a small counter as i didnt count
it's like 3c each per time
3 or 4 per item hmm...

it's a "buy ur title"
note u get back 1/2 the money for selling back i think
but just prepare 25s to buy all at 1 shot
so u dont have to buy sell buy sell

or.. just make a new char and get it to lv10. you should have some a good ammount of materials asides the ones you need for yourself. sure its taking longer but meh. make a fighter, give it a shield scroll and hammer away :)

hmm i've died over and over again in hideout after i lvled (so i was on 0%) and didnt get MJP

but u dont lose exp during event, so u dont have to lose exp..

so is it possible that u hv to die 10 times by the same mob (as some said) in the same map (?) WITH some % in ur exp...?

(geez that's a lot of conditions)

does it work if i gained EXP between deaths?

like can i go kill a dungeon goblin straight after i leveled, get 400exp, go die and lose exp, kill another dungeon goblin get 400 exp, die and lose that... do it 10 times.. will it work that way? it'll be fun to hv that title but i dont think i wanna lose 40k worth of exp for it XD

for high lvls like us -_- it's hell

I've done that for Slime KQ, I would do it for Mara KQ too. xD However, only until I finish my quests. Then I stop doing that KQ and move on to the next or not KQ at all if I missed them (GH).

Edit: I guess the reason I never got MJP was due to the monster being different every so often. Guess I'll have to wait for a better opportunity.
