Destrus I gotta agree with you. There are like a lot of people who think they are super smart. Want me to share my experience?

Yesterday afternoon, after the servers came up, I did the Mara KQ because I couldn't get into GH. Level 25 already and I bought a Chain Shield since my previous Mara gave me a Thunder Roumen +3. Ok so we got in and everyone was asking for a party. I did too but I didn't get invited. So I kept asking for a party and this archer came up to me and shouted at me (you know like talking in caps) to shut up. I was like wtf? It wasn't as if I was speaking in a rude manner or something. So I just continued asking for a party. But I still didn't get a party until when we reached the first Mara and Marlone. Since I has a def scroll on and a vit scroll on, I had 910 HP and 226 Def. Without a Cleric buff. So we were deciding on who was going to tank. Some fighter came up and said, "If I had a def scroll I can surely surpass your defence." So someone sold him a def scroll and he went, "Ha you noob. My def is 228. I guess I'll be tanking." But he was in a party with a cleric buff. But after some convincing, I finally got invited and with the cleric buff, I had 268 def. But the guy wasn't happy so he kept asking why my party invited me. o.0 So we were resting and this archer was ready already. The only one ready so he decided he was too good to be resting with us and went to pull Marlone. Well I immediately went to taunt but the other fighter also taunted and so Marlone went chasing after him. Ok to cut the story short, 2 of his party died and we killed mara afterwards with some organizing. Same thing happened on the boat. The other fighter wanted to tank. But we kept telling him that I had higher def and HP but he still won't listen and kept shouting back at us telling us we're noob and that we don't know how to do KQ and he should be the tank. So what happened was this

Archer --> --> --> --> Marlone
Archer run away from Marlone
Me taunt Marlone
Fighters attack from the back.
Other Fighter not happy go taunt Marlone.
Marlone turn around use special attack. All fighters and 2 mages died.
Me taunt Marlone and no cleric wanted to res the other fighter.
Only other fighter left dead so he use his last heart and taunted Marlone
Marlone turn around and kill other fighter.
Other fighter go back roumen and whipser me saying it's my fault he died.
We kill marlone and kill mara and complete KQ.
Bonus exp just enough to get me to level 26.
Open box.... Empty. Got an empty box on my last Mara KQ.

why the hell do they always decide to take the servers down just when kq's are about to start, they should wait until after them dammit.

Agreed. I wanted to do GH since I missed 3 before but servers went down T_T

Well hopefully they'll be up in 45 minutes then I can continue doing KQs.

kingdom quests are really the reason why i go broke. mara makes me use sooo many stones but i still can't resist doing them.

Because I have uni now, I can't grind all the time, so I pop in every now and then only to do Robo KQ. And because of that - I only use stones every now and then but I don't get drops to sell to NPC to get my money back. I was down to 970 coppers at level 41. 8D

today was the first time this week i was actually able to buy a full stock of stones on my archer, a full stock costs over a silver for me now ;_;. i have no idea what i'm gonna do with my fighter, i decided not to lvl it tonight and just do my mage. the problem is that i usualyl just npc drops for money but i need a lot of the drops i get for stones, scrolls, and potions. i finalyl got 150 points in potions today though.

also, soooo, bout how much dex should i throw on this aim scrolless mage of mine so that i see more than miss miss miss hit miss miss hit miss me dead when i fight something a level above me. also i don't remember honeyings being that strong before, 5x damage is a bit much for my little lvl 10 butt to take.

Dex? D: What weapon are you using? I heard staff has more accuracy than wand. D:

staff. i'm lvl 11 now and i was still missing honeyings a lot. like one out of 3 hits was a miss. when i was particularly unlucky i miss 4 times in a row

well i need to get back to my archer anyways if i am to catch and then surpass you...

just wondering can archers still solo at higher levels? maybe it's just my fail build but i'm lvl 26 right now and finding it a bit difficult to solo without either resting every couple of kills or using lots of stones which i no longer have the money for

I think it will be a lot easier with a cleric. I can't think of a class that can solo properly without using heaps and heaps of stones/pots at about level 30+ anyway. D:

guess i'll starty putting points in either damage or sp reduction for my skills, my build's still crap though. one day i'll discover a good build... probably after i spend a hundred dollars+ on restats like before i decided on full dex for my ranger but hey they don't even have those in the cs yet so my wallet's safe.... for now

omg, i actually made it into GH a last night

i just learned something new, i guess you can get your license up farther on green weapons and when you complete it you get +1% crit rate? that's what happened on my crossbow at least (solar eclipse steel crossbow)

I thought you get extra crit rate on any weapon when you get it to very high. o: Not suree~

You can upgrade a license on any weapon.

i know you can upgrade a license on any weapon but it went higher on that one than the normal ones. normally the highest is blah dominator (+35%) but i got the crossbow to gold slime destroyer (+40%) and got +1% crit, something i didn't get on my bow when i got mara pirates dominator.

bonus crit% only applies for mob from burning hill and more

and high lvl mobs will hv more bonus crit% too

so if i complete another license for a monster in burning hill would i get more crit%? and do grave robbers count as burning hill?

Yea. Different licenses can go up to different stages.

Grave robber counts.. but u only get bonus crit% for 1 license....

(so if u completed grave robber AND gold slimes, u'll still only get 1% bonus)

Yea they don't stack. But the good thing is that the highest can net you 5% extra crit ^_^
