So if you're holding the potion and legal kills / human voted u you, you're immuned? It works the same way as healer's save except everyone could have a go at saving people right?

Easy logic for me actually. You said that you were Julia, which if I were a legal would put a great big "X" on your head. Even if you were not Julia you would be dead for saying you were, in hopes of getting rid of Julia. But since you were not taken out I can only hazard to guess you are not Julia and not human but a Legal.
