Maybe it's highest level skill + another 10 levels.

i think the highest lvl skill is 60..i think thats the highest lvl in Elderine, unless there are more skill scrolls somewhere else.

i think there's more at Uruga! but no one been there! there's a lvl requirment to go there! you must be lvl 50-59! lol

ewww. I've been to Uruga for an Event, and there were guards around, so I assume it's another city, but I dunno if there are more skills, hopefully there are.

it's 150!? But I noticed that there is only 8 sets so the highest lvl set is lvl 80. Unless kFiesta has some more or something.

Getting to level 150 would take so long. The highest leveled KQ I've heard of was level 70-79.

Uruga. Probably for levels 70+ till another town after that comes out. The world of Fiesta seems pretty small :/

When we went to prison there is a portal that i think it leads to uruga! but it's lvl limit is 50! so i think if your not lvl 50 you cant go to uruga! =\

I thought there was some Elf City after Uruga? If you press the U key in game, you get the world map...and there's more cities.

It's dungeon for lvl5x.
Uruga gate will be found at another place.

However, the gate was not found on the map in CB1. Perhaps, it was not implemented.

I was going to say I don't recall seeing a gate to Uruga in Collasped Prison. I don't know if there is another cit after Uruga, there is the Eleven Woods if thats what you're talking about, but I think that's just another field, there might be some npcs in there, but I don't think thats another city

On the World Map, isn't there a place with a volcano? That could be something eventually.

True, but I believe there is only three cities for now. For instance, in FlyFF they just started adding new countries (in kFlyFF) to the world becuase of an increase of high lvl characters, so I think once Fiesta grows there will be more cities, higher lvls, more skills, though it's only a guess
