i have 2 merchant titles already and i have no idea how i got them.

i do a lot of both, so i don't really know. and is it time based? money based? what?

is it "make xx money vending" or "open a shop for xx hours" or what?

The most I'll say is it's time based.

alright so that means its either

"open a shop for x hours" or "sell x copper/silver worth in y hours"

Looks like I'm gonna have to farm a buttload of mucho expensive items then sell them for discount prices.

I remember getting Apprentice Merchant in CB but not in OB. I think I have a pretty good idea as to what needs to be accomplished, so I'll try that out later.

Right now I'm using Orc Killer.

It seems Quiet is getting more common and common... almost as much as Popular or Celebrity..

quiet isnt too hard... only 24hrs of no talking in the 1 map..

Really, its 24 hours of no talking or DCing. You can go to different maps though.

that's the main reason i collect titles, i like to be unique.

i saw a lot of people with quiet, which is why i got silent. now i'm getting speechless for when silent becomes common.

And i think i'm gonna not play for a while and as long as i dont DC, i'll get fiesta fan (as any true member of this forum should obtain)

meh, i dont really have time to play anyways. so i just hide in the corner of elderine in case of a guild war. then i check status every now and then to make sure i'm not disconnected.

school keeps me busy enough i dont miss not playing or anything.

i just sold stuff to an npc in worth of 450S+ and nothing :(

not the whole 450s were mine :)
spent a few days sitting in a buy-shop buying silver and copper lumps. 'converting' my money into items so i can sell it to the item merchant
also asked a few friend to keep items for me they would normally just npc. then when we thought we got enough i took my lumps and their items and sold all crap. then i payed their money back to them.

what im wondering about is, my friend sold stuff in worth of 100s to an npc and he did got the title
i also see many lower level people with even advanced merchant, who i dont think had even 100s

Who's too say they weren't just alt elrue sellers?
