Use Paint.NET. It's kinda like photoshop except you don't have to download it...

It's not about who has the best design per se. You can have crazy ideas too, the only limit is your creativity not the tools you have.

Entree's names will be anonymous and so will the poll votes. However we will be making sure that no one cheats in the poll using multiple accounts.
