Make sure that you go to your options at the official site and set your account to receive promotional e-mail.

O.K. and I made sure that no one else had posted this complaint before.

So I finally got the e-mail. I followed the instructions; clicked on the link, logged in and again clicked on the redeem link. But when I use the code and click on "submit", I get nothing. The Screen doesn't do anything. I've tried cutting & pasting the code and also typed it in (not an easy task) , and again nothing.

HELP!

i just went to outspark.com, logged in, then typed in outspark.com/redeem. copied the code from my email and pasted it in. make sure you don't copy any extra spaces on the ends and you can leave in the hyphens.

click the space after ur last digit and press enter <3

and I got my email..but I got a remi rare find play, and 1k sc =(

I think the problem's the submit button. It appears fuzzed-up.

EDIT:Enter button. Like DUH!!!!

i think the hyphens might be part of the code but people on the previous page said to hit enter.

So quick question - If they already sent you the email and you didn't have the 'receive promotional e-mail' button selected, does that mean you will not receive the gift even if you changed it now?

I think you need to have got the email in order for your account to "accept" a code that's identical for everyone. Like they need to "activate" it.. I've put the code i received for my 2nd account into my main account and it didnt work... the code was identical to the one posted earlier in the thread...

Do we only get the tux OR the sparkcash? I hvnt got either email on my main :cries::uhoh:

I unno...Mirome got just a normal Black tux, whereas I got Remi and 1k sc...So I guess it's random between those two?

Edit: Yet somehow I ended up buying the crit black dress with the 1k SC LOL

I don't use sc so I'm happy with anything free~

If you got the tux/dress and have/are using sc, then I don't know. Maybe it's based on how much you have used. o-o

But I have spent money on SC before and I didn't get the 1k. It was a couple months ago that I charged up though...

I've spent money in the CS in my main about a month and a half ago and I got the tux redeem code. Maybe you have to have dropped some major coin. My sons account (which there has been no SC charged) got the tux, too.
