There are no level 90+ blues... Its an 80 NPC axe.

And there's no 30 blues. He'd be using either of the CS weapons "Bright Kingdom Sword" or "Sword of Fortune" for a blue-look-alike. They look exactly like the 50 and 70 blues, respectively.

I have a pic of the top sword somewhere... I'll post it later. It looks like a tiny dagger. xD
