Chests in areas like Forest of Tides are hard to find since it's a pretty well-traveled spot. |
Gratz! It is still fun to find them even if they don't give a pet every time. I found one out where the Fire Mushrooms are not that long ago and was so surprised since I've been playing since CB2 and have been on that spot of the map hundreds of times and never saw one but was also surprised because there were other people there and they hadn't found it yet - and it was in the open right near the dirt path people travel.

I do hate that, I found my first chest and it was in the SandBeach and it was on the lttile hill were nobody could get it. :*(

This one is in Sand Beach also - on the hill with the hobs and wolves.
And it comes back over and over. I was there on one of my alts the other day and the spawn glow came up to the right so I quickly panned to check what was about to eat me up when I saw the chest still glowing - in the inaccessible are. |
I heard someone got to the chest using Archer's Multishot to position themselves closer but then... they got stuck and had to get a GM to warp them out.
