I believe simply logging in and out won't work.

Try logging out, then log into another account (not character, but a totally different account with new characters). Log out of that, then log in your original account again and see if that works.

Also, don't double post.

how many times i ahve to answer.... just delete the file LOL
when the file deleted the client created a new blank one.
It is just a setting file containing the people u blocked.
So delete it and the blocks are revoked.

And no u wont get banned fort it.
