This communication is to alert you to a potential billing discrepancy. At this time Outspark Inc. has been notified of a billing reversal or “chargeback” pertaining to the below account. Considering the free nature of our service it is common practice to suspend and/or terminate an account with a billing discrepancy of this nature.
