No idea. Xir still goes to only +9 in kFiesta, but I guess the +10 stone or CS item is REALLY rare.

Depends on the weapon. On bows... looks like crap. It looks good on mage weapons.

looks like hyper caught the picture of that bow only half glowing...

but bows still looks the best at +8...
