I you can probably make a base using it, but I'm not sure since I didn't try making anything using it yet.

Thing is, you need to open an uploaded image before you have access to the editing program.
You can't open a clean new canvass from it.

It has filter effects but only a very few of them.
They're filter effects I have mostly never seen on Photoshop, except for Distort maybe.

OMG this is where it's an advantaged to hv used photobucket! u can log into it and use ur photos from there

I think the touch up tool blurs parts of the image.
At least the lines of my drawing blurred when I used it o.o
Probably because its a lineart drawing.

Someone needs to test it using real photos.
