Uhm why not make a thread in questions instead of bumping in age old topic?

I thought the skill points for spells affected the whole spell, regardless of level. i.e. my fireball spell has 5 points of "increase damage" allocated to it, and it works for all levels of the spell.

Is that not correct?

that original post was almost 3 months old. Things must have changed between now and then.
