>_> A glitch is a glitch is a glitch is a glitch. The end!

The thing is, they are fixing what they can when they can. The relog was a glitch, as convenient as it was, it still needed to be fixed. I am pretty sure that they are working on the other issues, but it could be something that they do not have a fix for yet or cannot do the fix yet. So, instead of waiting to fix the little things that they CAN fix until they also can fix the big things, they give us what they can when they can.

I'd mostly agree, if I didn't know that the quest bugs were because of someone down the line typing { instead of [ =/

Really, how long would that take to re-type that part.

Spirit 03-12-2008 03:36 AM

True, but if the typo was created by OnsOnSpot (sp?) and Outspark cannot change the updates/fixes as they are sent to them, then it could be that it is not in Outspark's control and the other company may think that there are more important issues other than that. <---- Based on speculation.

Ivramire 03-12-2008 03:40 AM

Kinda silly if Outspark had to get permission/request a patch to fix something that would probably only take 10mins to do themselves. =/

Sad.

O-mie 03-12-2008 03:44 AM

They have the ability to change typos, lmao. I mean, they changed the name of that stupid suit to dakkon's birthday suit, aka, goofing off. Kind of makes them look bad. =x

Ivramire 03-12-2008 03:46 AM

^Exactly, and I think that suit was supposed to be a surprise for Dakkon's birthday. Having a server of players wearing your afore-unattainable suit is somewhat of a whopper =X

Big boo-boo if it was. Blew the surprise by releasing it in a patch o___o

/speculation

*on an un-related note:- Yay!! My Pizza's here ^^

Exactly.

It's really "Circus Suit", or something, but they changed it for his B-day.

They have enough power to change typos.

Even if the didn't, one phone call for 2 minutes asking for permission + 5-8 minutes to fix EVERY quest = could be done within 10 minutes. Yes, it could be done in 10 minutes if you already knew which quests are bugged.

Yeah same with BR release... there was suppose to be an event thing and they were gonna make a big deal out of it...

MAYBE they're on a contract where only OnsOnSoft (sp?) can touch the programming and patch?!

I mean.. imagine outspark did their own patch to fix a bugged quest... then OnsOnSoft write another patch for them for other stuff (event/quest, w/e) and they're not aware that Outspark written over the programme as well... patches will clash... (we dont want MORE bugs that we've got already right?!)

but with that said.. i didnt mean its OK that they left bugged quest bugged... surely by now they could've told Devs to fixed the bugged quest with the last few patches...

i just wanna say.. i dont think we can expect Outspark to right their own patch....
