Where were all of you with free suggestions before I bought PS?
Ah well, no matter.
I downloaded both to see if they offer anything beneficial that PS didn't and so far what I found is Paint.Net is a lot closer to PS. It also seems to be more intuitive.
I will play with them over time and see if anything handy shows up.
But yeah, if your just using default paint go for the Paint.net - I downloaded from the Cnet site since I've downloaded from them many times with no issues.
