And Hessah, you have to press quit game, not select character.

None of the above ^^ worked for me =(

I tried both.. quit game and select character... doesnt seem to work....

is it just a fighter thing?! i've got the interface to stay for all 3 of my other character/classes.....

usually what I do is press that lock thingy and it stays where it is

the lock resets after you log out....

and its not just the two chat box... i've always got a short hotkey bar up near the character info box on top left... when i log out that goes back down the bottom...

No, I have exactly the same problem on my Mage.

yeah i remembered that the interface on my fighters use to stay.... but one day it just stopped happening~

it very well may be just a fighter thing. I'm a fighter, and the game never saves my interface settings either >.<
