There is a vBulletin-Wikipedia integration going on in the site. I have not really set permissions at this point in time but I'll definitely look on that once we have CB2 or better yet OB out.

Oh, sorry. I was fixing the wiki so that only registered users will be able to edit and I forgot to put it back up. Should be working now.

By the way, feel free to add new topics in the wiki not covered by the other guides and then add it at the main page navigation.
