stat point only comes with leveling, 1 per lvl .
and yes u need +25 spr.

So, with 12 SPR (+0) do I:


2:1 SPR:STR

OR

1:1 STR:SPR

Plus up Spr till u hit +25 then start putting the rest into strength.

Oh boy.. that means it will take me 50 levels to get +25 then 0.0, cause you get 1 Stat Point every odd level!

no, u get skill points everyodd level,
you get 1 stat point every lvl and 5 stat poijnts at lvl 20
by lvl 20 u should have 25 spr.
