I dont think it was the Valentine event. I think it was some other event.

It was the OX Quiz Field Event.

Dakkon didn't even try to tell us to be quiet in Apoline. He told us beforehand and then after like 15 minutes, he told everybody not partcipating to leave within 1 minute from OX Quiz Field or else they were going to Prison.

Pretty effective, actually.
