I think lvl40s are ok in AEW if they're in a decent party o.O

I agree and in FoS. FoS and AEW is pretty much the way our level 40 guildmembers have leveled up. Of course, we go in there with a full party and we do not trian people. But, yeah, with the right group of people, level 40s can handle AEW and FoS.

If they can kill without getting completely owned I guess they're fine. I just think about the speed and how much I miss when killing. I think if you're killing a mob and you miss a lot, perhaps its too strong for you. But yeah... Burning Rock is a level 80 place, so I'll honestly say, on Fiesta atleast, level 40s won't belong there.
I really dislike how people try to get so ahead of themselves, they try to test their limit and literally try to kill at their limit. More exp per mob doesn't mean better exp. I think maybe 30 levels higher is the limit. Uruga has level 60 mobs, AEW has 65-70, FoS I assume 70-80, and I guess Burning Rock is 80+.
