I was thinking of trying deco online as well although Fiesta is what i really want to play. However, deco doesn't really look good to me. There's something about the graphics that look unpolished. >_>;;

Maybe it's because cell-shaded graphics look better. We've yet to find out the DECO gameplay.

I'm pretty sure it is, currently the P2P Portal website says it's free to play and I've asked a couple of people about it who've also said it's going to be F2P with a cash shop.

Just because the name is p2p, doesn't meant it will.. Although it is, VERY confusing.
