yeah hmm.. 100% prevent failure rate = 100% success rate isnt it?

i thought the perfect red eye is to prevent 100% breakage (not 100% fail)... and the blue mile is for 100% prevent degrade... (that way u can still hv an upgrade with nothing happen)

oh right.. Yes you can use the two at the same time... or as far as i know... i can use the red eye and blue mile (the 50% ones) at the same time...

but i didnt quite understand the point of the question..? care to explain?

Someone asked whats the point of the Blue Mile. I wondered if you could use both at same time.

OK.. according to:

Red Slate: Prevents item from breaking while refining. (15 uses)
Green Slate: Prevents item from downgrading while refining. (15 uses)
Gold Slate: Increases chance of upgrade by 15%. (5 uses)

Red Eye, is to prevent it from breaking.
Blue Miles (Green slate from above), is to prevent it from downgrading.

So it is still useful to use both, because if you dont use a blue mile, ur item may not break, but it may degrade. Or the other way around, use a blue mile only, and ur item have a chance of breaking.

Using both, will prevent breakage and degrading.

the Gold one... increase success rate, which isn't out yet.

I believe the extract was from a translation of another Fiesta Server... (Jap or Korean i cant remember), and it looks like they can buy it in a stack of 15 instead of a stack of 10 like us.... (assuming from the 15 use thing)
