How about bolding the glitched quests. Only ones I remember are Skill Master Ruby's level 18(or 19ish)

Guild Master Sean (one in middle of elderine) level 26ish

Guard Nus level 26ish

All I know is that the glitched Skill Master Ruby quest involves killing Speedy Boogies.

Guard Nus asks you kill 5 Smart Phinos, I believe.

Also, on the Speedy Honeying's quest:

Level 7

Name: Kick Speedy Honeying's ass
NPC: Robin (Roumen)
Task:Kill 20 Speed honeyings (available in Forest of Tides coast or Sand beach).
Reward: Fame, money and exp unknown; 2 Vitality Teir 1 (gives extra 200 HP for one hour).

^ Pretty positive about the 2.

Great news i have just mad about half of the wiki for the guide. Please listen that i have been doing my own guide for this stuff on Fiesta HQ. i changed a few of the levels for things and the rewards. Lets keep up the good work.

Nono, if you're also creating a character, go ahead and double check as well~! Because I might be doing loads of kingdom quests and sometimes I forget to take some quests so I miss out since I level too fast via KQ. D: But yeah, it doesn't hurt to have more people checking it ^^~
