I always thought it was santa clause. The problem with that is, due to massive taxation on babies, he has to sell them at a high price. Some elves, however, smuggle some babies away and sell them on the black market. It's an international problem at this point, with everyone getting babies for cheap prices; santa's getting close to pressing the red button.

Usually when kids are in the office they run around.

Working at a salon when a client brought a really energetic kid in who couldn't sit still. That was asking for trouble you know? Hot straight irons, sharp scissors... you kinda wanted to smack that lady for not saying a single word to him.

I guess the difference here is, these are the kids of the lady that works here, rather than a clients kid, so she would do all she can to make sure they're well behaved (not that they were naughty or anything)

But yeah.. parents that don't discipline their kids annoy me.. and those are probably the parents that blames the society for their drugged up kids in the future..
