I like it, it's cute. But try to work on your lineart, make it smoother; less sketchy in a way. When something is sketchy it generally looks less refined and finished. Unless you like it like that, then ignore this.

I actually like how it is now better. The clothing fits in better with a bit rougher lines rather than completely smooth straight lines.

I seriously don't know how to colour digitally so I just sorta played around... I do like how the hair turned out as well. xD Recently saw a really good tutorial on how to draw chibis so yeah.
